Demolishing strongholds!

Praise be to our victorious Lord Jesus who is seated at the right hand of the Father, far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every title that can be given!

The Lord is speaking to us very clearly about how He is reforming the Church to become the reformers of this world that He has equipped us to be! We are seeing that unless the Church is revived and reformed, she will not be the influence on the world that she has been empowered to be! God's way of furthering His Kingdom on earth as it is in heaven is to reveal His truth to us so that as we are transformed by the truth, we become a revelation of the truth and consequently the Kingdom of God.

God's revelation to us becomes our responsibility to respond so as to be reformed to become reformers!

Yesterday the Lord showed us the following:

  1. The believer, at the moment of regeneration, is forgiven of all his or her sin and completely set free from all the power of the enemy.
  2. Having been crucified with Christ, the believer has been delivered from the power of the devil! Col. 2:13-15
  3. The believer is transferred from the kingdom and dominion of satan to the Kingdom and dominion of Jesus. Gal. 1:3-5; Col. 1:13; 1 Peter 2:9
  4. God's thoughts and wisdom are not man's thoughts and wisdom. Isaiah 55:8,9; James 3:13-17
  5. God's revelation to man demands a response - either man believes or man rejects God's truth. Rom. 1:18-20
  6. Since God's thoughts are not man's thoughts, the believer must no longer rely on his own thoughts and wisdom but rather turn away from natural, human thinking and allow God to renew his mind according to the truth. Rom. 12:2
  7. God does not improve man's thinking! He replaces man's thoughts with His thoughts and transforms man according to truth.
  8. God reforms man for man to become a reformer!
  9. The thoughts that man relies on become a stronghold in his mind - that which he depends on, trusts in and has confidence in.
  10. Strongholds of the enemy are broken as the believer receives the revelation of the truth, applies the truth to his or her life and walks in the truth. 2 Cor. 10:2-5; 1 John 2:14
  11. As the believer walks in the truth s/he reveals the reality of the truth and will release the power of the truth! Isa. 55:10-13

We praise God for His awesome revelation to us and that He is establishing us as "the pillar and foundation of the truth" (1 Tim. 3:15) in Frankfurt. Hallelujah!

This week we will be starting a weekly Bible study to train and equip our people in the truth and on Sunday we will have another opportunity to minister to the poor and needy in Frankfurt at our monthly homeless mission.

The month of May will be very exciting! It will mark our 2nd year as KLF and we are very excited about the new location for our Sunday meetings from the 31st of May at CZF! We are also looking forward to have Bengt Wedemalm visit us on the 22nd and 23rd as well as to teaming up with Voice in the City for another Arise Shine conference on the 30th!

Quote of the week:

"The weapons we fight with....have divine power to demolish strongholds. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ." 2 Cor. 10:4,5

Preparing to possess!

Glory to God!

The Lord is speaking to us about getting ready and being prepared to "possess the land"! Yesterday He challenged us to search our hearts to identify whether we have a settler's or a possessor's attitude toward our lives in God that will determine whether we will take the city for His Kingdom or not.

We are excited about how God is opening the way for us to grow by providing a new location for our Sunday meetings from the 31st May. The Christliches Zentrum Frankfurt has made their building available for us to meet on Sundays. Hallelujah! Our widweek meetings will be held at various other locations so please check the website for details.

Receive the Truth!

Glory to the risen Lord of lords and King of kings!

We praise God for His glorious revelation to us - the revelation of Jesus - the Way, the Truth and the Life!

Yesterday the Lord spoke to us about what it means to receive Truth and He showed us the following:

  1. To receive Truth is not the same as accepting the truth.
  2. To receive is to trust.
  3. To receive is to be joined to something or someone.
  4. To receive is to make oneself unconditionally vulnerable.
  5. To receive Truth is to receive Jesus. John 1:10-13
  6. We cannot receive Truth if we insist on understanding Him first. Heb. 11:3
  7. We cannot receive Truth if we insist on experiencing Him first.
  8. Spiritual understanding and experience are birthed in the believer after s/he has unconditionally received Truth.
  9. To receive and "know" Truth is to be unconditionally united to Him.

After receiving this awesome revelation, we then applied God's Word to our lives by receiving, proclaiming and thanking God for Truth - see The Kingdom Life scriptures and truth!

The Lord is teaching us to receive the Truth, to continue to live in Him, to be rooted and built up in Him, "strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness" (Col. 2:6,7). Hallelujah!

Yesterday evening we had another awesome opportunity to minister to the poor and needy and reveal Truth to them!

Quote of the week:

"So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness. See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the basic principles of this world rather than on Christ. For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form, and you have been given fullness in Christ, who is the head over every power and authority." Col. 2:6-10 (emphasis mine)

Stewards of the Divine

Glory to God!

These are exciting times! God is preparing Kingdom Life and the Church in Frankfurt for His work by getting us ready. The Lord's revelation to us always becomes a responsibility for the Church and the Lord showed us yesterday how we are stewards of the Divine!

"..men ought to regard us a servants of Christ and as those entrusted with the secret things of God. Now it is required that those who have been given a trust must prove faithful." 1 Cor. 4:1,2

Looking at Matthew 25:1-13 the Lord revealed the following to us:

  1. The Church has the responsibility to be ready for Christ's return. Matthew 25:10
  2. The Church is ready when believers remain in the fullness of the Anointing. Matthew 25:4; 1 John 2:20,27
  3. The Church is ready when believers live in "times of refreshing" and are revived daily by the Holy Spirit. Acts 3:19,20; Eph. 5:18; John 15:4; Matthew 6:11

We then looked at Matthew 25:14-30 and learned the following:

  1. The Church has the responsibility to be faithful with what she has received. 1 Cor. 4:1,2; Matthew 25:21,23,29
  2. The Church must not hide the Anointing! Matthew 25:18
  3. The Lord entrusts His gifts to believers according to their ability. Matthew 25:15
  4. The Church has been entrusted with the Divine and is responsible to be faithful in stewarding what she has received. Matthew 25:14
  5. The Church is to put the Anointing "to work" and not keep the Anointing hidden. Matthew 25:16
  6. When the Church is a faithful steward of the Divine, the Lord will release an even greater measure of His gifts! Matthew 25:29

Having been regenerated, the believer has received the Anointing of which s/he is to be a faithful steward by remaining in the Anointing, by realising the Anointing by faith, by revelaing the Anointing through obedience and releasing the Anointing by doing the works of Jesus in His power and authority!

We praise God for giving us His Anointing so that we are stewards of the Divine and entrusted with His presence, power and love! Hallelujah!

Yesterday evening we had another wonderful opportunity to be good stewards of the Divine as we ministered to the poor and homeless. Glory to God!

We are excited about the way God is preparing us spiritually and physically for a greater outpouring of His presence, power and love. He is adding to our number and creating in us a God-shaped capacity for His work.

Quote of the week:

"His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness. Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature.." 2 Peter 1:3,4 (emphasis mine)
